ABMC is not responsible for any sales of puppies or agreements between buyer and seller. ABMC cannot guarantee that the breeder does, in fact, abide by the ABMC Code of Ethics.
Ensuring adherence to the Code of Ethics must become a responsibility assumed by informed buyers. It is recommended that buyers question individual breeders to satisfy themselves that breeders are adhering to the Code of Ethics.
